To help consumers better understand how Google addresses data privacy, we created the Google Safety Center. This one-stop resource shows users what Google is doing to actively safeguard their data everyday, and what they can do to control how it’s used. We promoted the new site as well as Google safety features to policymakers and journalists with an OOH campaign that blanketed Washington DC. Visit website

    We showed up everywhere our audience would be during Congressional sessions that would define regulations around user data.

    Identifying the right language for each message took an incredible amount of iteration, with sensitivity to what our audience (who isn’t aways tech savvy) could understand and what all the lawyers would accept.
